Connector accounts are for individuals or organizations that connect companies to investors. Connectors can invite companies to build a profile. Capital Raise will show the connector which investors within their network are the best fit for each company. The connector can then refer the company to the matched investors. The platform then tracks which investors accept, decline, or are unresponsive. Capital Raise takes an old-school archaic method of managing deal flow through an inbox and streamlines it through a platform.

Entrepreneurs create a company profile that houses all of the pertinent information investors need to evaluate their company for investment. Entrepreneurs can then share their profile with investors or others interested in their company.

Capital Raise will run an "Investor Match" to identify the investors who are most likely to back their company. Entrepreneurs can request to apply for our Capital Raise Service. The service provides guidance, coaching, and warm personalized double opt-in referrals to matched investors.

This service is for companies raising capital that would like guidance, coaching, and the resources of a team with over 25 years of experience facilitating billions of dollars of investment in startups and growth-stage companies.

You can apply through the Capital Raise Service application on our home page. We will evaluate your company and determine if you meet the minimum requirements for the service and contact you for further due diligence.

Once a 3-month engagement has been signed we will prepare you to meet with investors. We will review your materials, refine your message, and coach you on your pitch. Using the matching engine of our Capital Raise site we will match you with hundreds of investors in our network and curate a targeted list for your raise. We will then make warm personalized introductions, and guide you through the process of meeting with investors and getting funded.

These companies are typically B2B SaaS technology companies with at least $1M in revenue, life sciences companies that have been through clinical trials, or other industry categories with significant revenue traction. Companies that have founders with previous exits have a stronger chance of being funded. Companies with three or more paying customers do much better than companies with a concentrated customer base.

Companies with $5M or more in revenue, get a lot of interest. Companies with $1-5 in revenue get modest interest, while companies with less than $1M in revenue get very little interest, except for advanced life sciences companies.

During optimal market conditions and for a company with unicorn potential, a capital raise can typically take 1-3 months.

During less than optimal market conditions and depending on the potential of the company, a capital raise can take 3-6 months or longer.

We are working on providing more services through the platform for Entrepreneurs such as an entrepreneur guide, creating a pitch deck, and creating a financial model. In the future, we plan on building new features and incorporating capabilities for Service Providers and Investors.

We are in the process of updating the platform so Investors can create their own profiles. In the meantime, investors can request to have a profile created through the application on our home page.
